BE WARNED - FRAUDSTERS SELLING BOGUS IMPERIAL HONORS THROUGH INTERNET: The Organization known as The Imperial Order of the Dragon of Annam Foundation [Ordre Imperial du Dragon de l'Annam; the I.O.D.A] - Registered as a Legal Corporate Entity in the United States of America [Texas 800563776] - is a BUSINESS ENTERPRISE that is selling bogus and invalid Appointments to Ranks within the Imperial Order of the Dragon of Annam through their Website on the Internet. A Corporate Entity is not a "FONS HONORUM" [Fountain of Honor] - it is a business that lines the pockets of its syndicate members. The perpetrators of these fraudulent activities have neither the mandate, nor the authority to offer, or bestow any Awards, Honors, or Appointments within, for, or behalf of the Vietnamese Imperial Dynasty which is rightfully and legally headed by His Imperial Highness Prince Regent Nhiep Chinh Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam, the Duke of Kien Hoa and rightful Grand Master of the Imperial Order of the Dragon of Annam.
"A Government in Exile does not lose its Right to Make Appointments, to Award Orders, to Maintain its Authority as far as can be done, and pass on its Legality under International Law to successive Heads of State."
